What payment options are available?

We accept the following payment methods: Paypal, Mastercard and Visacard.

I’ve forgotten the password for my account on the W&H website. What should I do?

Yes, you can use a different address for billing and delivery.

Can I amend an order that I have already placed?

Can I cancel my order if it has not been dispatched yet?

Yes. Please contact our customer service team at support.aus@wh.com.

Can I exchange or return any item?

Yes, as long as the item is unopened and in it’s original packaging.

When will I receive the refund for my return?

You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within approximately 14-21 working days, depending on your Bank.

Can I delete my W&H eShop account?

If you would like to permanently delete your account and all associated database entries, please send a deletion request to support.aus@wh.com.
Please note, that all order information and personal data will also be deleted. If you wish to place another order in the online shop at a later date, you can register again at any time. Here is the link for registration.

How can I change my email address?
